Frequently asked questions.

What it costs, how long it takes, where your information goes, and what you own at the end.

The call and the written plan cost nothing and are yours to keep. The build is quoted once we know the scope, fixed price, agreed in writing, and it is a one time build rather than a subscription.

Yes, outright. It runs in your accounts, under your login, with no monthly fee, and if we part ways you keep the tool and everything it is built from.

It depends on the scope of the build. You get the timeline in the written plan, alongside the price, before anything starts.

No. We build one tool that does one specific job in your business, in the file formats you already use.

The ones that get turned off are general purpose tools dropped on a team with no change to how the work runs. Tell us what you bought and why it died, and if ours would die the same way we will say so.

That is the most common way these projects die, and it is why we build one tool for one job instead of a platform your team has to learn. The tool works inside the files and programs they already use. We train them on it, and after handover we fix what does not fit how they actually work. If we think it will not get used, we say so at the plan stage and tell you not to buy the build.

It produces a draft, and it flags anything missing or mismatched rather than guessing. Your team reads it, corrects it, and puts their name on it.

Your files stay in your systems. To produce a draft, the text it needs is sent to our AI provider, processed, and comes straight back. We do not store it, the provider is contracted not to train on it, and we will show you exactly what leaves before you agree to anything.

The platform we build on is independently audited to SOC 2 Type II and holds ISO 27001 and ISO 42001. The platform offers business associate agreements where HIPAA applies, and it meets GDPR requirements, including deletion and access requests. We will send the documentation before you sign anything.

Two. A report generator for a commercial real estate appraiser and a bid, inbox and rendering system for a custom home builder. Both are in daily use, and both are written up in full on our work page. We would rather show you two real builds than a wall of logos.

This removes the retyping, not the judgment. If you are looking to cut headcount, we are probably the wrong call.

No. Value analysis and value engineering are a real discipline with its own professional body and certifications, and we do not hold them. We took the part of the method that applies to office work and pointed it at software.

We will tell you what AI can take off it.
